ON THE DAY COORDINATION

On the day coordination includes;

Reconfirm all details with suppliers two weeks before your wedding and liaise with your venue about deliveries

A comprehensive running sheet of the day before and the day of your wedding

Attendance and guidance during your wedding rehearsal

Wet weather back up arrangements

Finishing touches to the ceremony and reception set ups

Coordinating suppliers arrival, final payments, set up locations, walk through the layout of the venue

Setting up ceremony chairs

Liaise with your MC and family members

Welcome and usher your guests to the ceremony

Coordinate the timing of the bridal party’s entrance to the ceremony

Arrangement of iPod music for ceremony entrance, registry signing, walking out, afternoon, bridal party announcement and first dance

Arrange a hamper with canapes and drinks for bridal party photos

Lighting candles, setting up signs, moving floral arrangements from the ceremony to reception and setting up wedding cake
